Physical Products (Books, Bundles, etc.)

Returns:
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused, undamaged items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging.

Refunds:
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).

Digital Products (MP3s, Downloads, Coloring Pages, etc.)

Because digital products are delivered instantly, all digital sales are final and non-refundable. If you experience an issue with your download (such as a broken link or file error), we’re happy to help resolve it quickly!

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Oh no! If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll make it right—either by replacing the item or issuing a refund.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our end. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
